    Makes 30 meatballs.

    1 pound ground lamb (or ground turkey, if you prefer)
    3 teaspoons cumin
    1 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/4 teaspoon cloves
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
    1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1-1/4 cups sour cream
    1 tablespoon lemon juice

    1. Place the lamb or turkey, 2 teaspoons cumin, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, cayenne pepper and 1/4 cup sour cream in the bowl. Attach the bowl and the flat beater. Turn to stir speed and mix for 30 seconds.
    2. Form into 1" balls. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for about 6-8 minutes, until browned. Remove and place in a 10" skillet.
    3. Place the lemon juice and the remaining cumin, nutmeg, pepper, and sour cream in the bowl. Attach the bowl and flat beater. Turn to speed 2 and mix for 30 seconds. Pour the mixture over the meatballs and cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
