    Makes about 2 cups.

    1/2-3/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
    2 tablespoons water
    1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1-1/2 envelopes of Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dry Salad
    Dressing Mix

    Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until thoroughly blended.
