    Lowcountry Boil

    Prepared in: cook's essentials® Hardcoat Enamel Non-Stick 14 pc Cookware Set
    Prepared in: cook's essentials® Hardcoat Enamel Non-Stick 5qt. Dutch Oven

    Makes 8 servings.

    medium onions, cut in half
    4 ears corn, cut into 1" pieces
    3 pounds large, raw shrimp
    12-16 small new potatoes, peel on
    2 pounds kielbasa sausage, cut into 1" sections
    1 lemon sliced
    Old Bay seasoning, to taste

    1. Fill a stock pot about 1/3 full of water and add the lemon slices, Old Bay, the potatoes, and the sausage. Bring to a low boil.
    2. Let boil for about 20 minutes. Then add the onion and boil for about 12 minutes more.
    3. Then add the shrimp. When the shrimp turn coral and are cooked through (about 10 minutes), drain the contents and serve immediately.
