List of Ingredients
4 large tomatoes
1 large chili pepper (not a jalapeno, but a milder though hot one)
1 large onion (can be a spanish onion or a red onion)
1/2 a parsley-sized bunch of cilantro
Juice of 3-4 limes
1-2 seranno or jalapeno peppers
Salt to taste
Place the tomatoes, chili pepper, onion, cilantro and jalapeno peppers in the bowl of a food processor. Process slowly until blended, but not liquified -- you want chunks in there.
Transfer to a bowl and add the lime juice and salt to taste, and toss to blend. Chill before serving. Recipe
