List of Ingredients
3-4 lb roast (anything on sale)
1 jar Pepperoncinies (usually found in the Pickle asile at the grocery store)
Hoagie Rolls
Provolone cheese
Garlic Butter
Put roast into crockpot and pour pepperoncinis and liquid over roast, cook on low 6-8 hrs or until falling apart.
To serve as sandwiches: butter hoagie buns with garlic butter. Top one half of the bun with roast beef and peppers and top with cheese. Place sandwiches under preheated broiler until toasted.Recipe
