    The note from the poster says -
    I thought I would post my all time favorite rhubarb recipe.

    List of Ingredients




    cup flour
    1/2 cup butter
    5 tablespoons powdered sugar
    Mix together and press in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

    2 eggs
    1 1/2 cup sugar
    2 cups rhubarb-cut fine
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup flour
    8 ounce cream cheese
    Mix together and pour over baked crust.

    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 cup flour
    2 1/2 teaspoons powdered sugar
    Mix together and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
