List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. fish fillets
1 large can crushed tomatos
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 medium onion,chopped
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Saute the onion in olive oil until tender. Then add tomatos and spices and stir. Bring to a boil. Lay the fish fillets on top of the tomatos, cover the pan, reduce heat and cook for about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.Recipe
