    1.7 g Dietary Fiber, 3.7 g Protein, 110 mg Calcium

    Banana Split Smoothie

    Makes 4 cups

    Ingredients:

    1 1/4 cups sliced ripe banana (about 2 medium)
    1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
    1 cup crushed ice
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1 tsp sugar
    1 (8 oz) carton vanilla low-fat yogurt

    Combine first 5 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
    Add yogurt, and process until blended. Serve immediately.
