    fresh chicken breasts
    fresh sliced mushrooms
    white onion (sliced, chopped or whatever you prefer)
    Lawrys seasoning salt w/no msg

    Rinse the chicken breasts and place in a baking dish. Season chicken breasts with the Lawrys seasoning salt. Then add the sliced mushrooms, and then the onions.

    I either cook this in a corning wear rectangular dish with the lid on it, or line a dish with aluminum foil and then fold the foil over the chicken breasts at the top and then close it really tightly.

    I cook it slow at 350 for about 45 min to an hour, depending on how many chicken breasts I am cooking. Easy dish to throw together, great for the diet, and taste delicious too!


    Sometimes depending on our mood, I may omit the Lawrys seasoning salt, and just pour a little spaghetti sauce (something chunky) over the top of the chicken with mushrooms/onions. Different taste, and still easy!
