    Bruschetta Chicken Bake

    1 1/2 lbs chicken cut up into bite size pieces
    1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes ..with juice
    1 box (6oz) of chicken flavored Stove Top stuffing
    1/2 cup water
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 teaspoon dried basil
    1 cup shredded mozzarella

    Heat oven 400 degrees. Spray Non stick spray on 9 X 13 pan.
    Spread chicken pieces in bottom of the pan. In a medium size
    bowl. Pour in tomatoes & juice. Add stuffing mix, water & garlic.
    Mix until stuffing is moistened. Sprinkle the basil & cheese on top
    of chicken. Top all with stuffing mixture. Bake for approx 30 minutes
    or until chicken is done. Serve with salad
