List of Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 t. dried basil
3 T. butter or margarine
3 T. olive oil
4-8 oz. mushrooms
1/2 c. Marsala wine
Pound chicken to 1/4" thickness. Combine flour, salt, pepper, and basil; mix well. Heat oil and butter in a heavy skillet. D redge chicken in seasoned flour mixture. Cook chicken until lightly browned on first side(about 2 minutes) Turn chicken and add mushrooms around the chicken. Cook about 2 minutes more, until lightly browned; stir. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Serve with pasta, potatoes or riceRecipe
