    Grilled Chicken Roll-ups

    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts grilled (I use my GF)
    salt/pepper/garlic, etc.
    1 can cream of chicken soup (I have used mushroom, broccoli, etc.)
    1 8-oz. container sour cream
    1/2 soup can milk
    1 package crescent rolls

    Season the chicken breasts, then grill. You can simmer them in chicken broth or water if desired. Cool slightly and cut in half. This part can be done in advance.

    Seperate the crescent rolls into triangles and roll each half breast inside a crescent.

    Mix the remaining ingredients together and place 1/4 of the sauce in a greased casserole dish. Place the chicken rolls in the dish and place in a 350 degree oven. Bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until the rolls begin to brown. Add more of the sauce, but do not cover them completely. Bake for an additional 30 minutes. I generally warm the rest of the sauce in the microwave.

    When serving, drizzle sauce over the rolls. Two of the roll-ups would equal one serving.

    I usually serve with rice, using the sauce as a gravy, and broccoli.
