    List of Ingredients




    1 c. blue cheese, big chunks
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    juice of 1/4 lemon
    salt and pepper

    My favorite dressing. Blend the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt and pepper well. Fold in large chunks of blue cheese. Spoon over an ice cold lettuce wedge. Top with additional blue cheese.
