    Ingredients
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 can 98% FF cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. light velveeta
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    2 cups cooked brown rice (I used 1 1/2)
    2 cups steamed chopped broccoli
    1/2 cup onion

    Boil chicken and shred into bite size pieces (set aside.) Saute onion in Pam in sauce pan until translucent. Add soup, cheese and broth to pan. Heat until cheese melts. Combine all ingredients in 9"X 13" casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
