Ingredients
1 cup baby spinach, raw
1 cup sliced, fresh mushrooms
3 slices Finlandia Heavenly light swiss cheese sliced thin
1 cup egg beaters
1/2 cup Fat Free cottage cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp bacon bits
Instructions
Mix wet ingredients and veggies together. Pour half the mixture into sprayed (canola or olive oil cooking spray)quiche dish. Layer swiss and cover with remainder of mixture. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
