    Mmmmmmm, luscious blueberries, white chocolate, this is definately magical!


    List of Ingredients


    • FOR THE CRUST:
    • 1 C Hazelnuts, roasted and ground
    • 1/2 C Brown Sugar
    • 4 T Butter, melted
    • FOR THE FILLING:
    • 4 Ounces white chocolate, finely grated
    • 8 Ounces Cream cheese, softened (not melted)
    • 1/4 C sour cream
    • FOR THE TOPPING:
    • 2 C Blueberries
    • 1/4 C Sugar
    • FOR THE GARNISH:
    • Zest of 1 lemon
    • White chocolate shavings


    Instructions


    1. Line bottom of a 9 inch tart pan with parchment paper. Mix crust ingredients and press into pan bottom and slightly up the sides, chill.
    2. Melt white chocolate in double boiler over hot but not boiling water. Stir constantly. In a separte bowl, whip cream cheese for 3 minutes. Add the melted whte chocolate and beat for another minute. Add sour cream and beat until very smooth. Using a star tip and pastry bag, pipe filling into the crust in concentric circles, starting in the center. Fill the entire crust. Chill until firm.
    3. For the topping: Rinse fresh blueberries and toss with the 1/4 C sugar. Heap the blueberries on top of the filling.
    4. Garnish with lemon zest and white chocolate shavings.


    Final Comments


    Takes a little work, but is one of the best summer desserts I've ever had!
