    Recipe Introduction

Can be used for chicken, steak, chops, seafood, or vegetables. This is easy and very good!

    List of Ingredients

    • 4 - 5 Thin steak, chicken, fish cutlets/fillets
    • 2 Eggs
    • 2 T cream
    • 1 t basil
    • Pepper to taste
    • 1 -2 T Chopped fresh parsley
    • 1/4 C grated romano, enough to make thick batter
    • Oil to deep fry battered items in

    Instructions

    1. Mix all batter ingredients together until blended. Heat oil until very HOT.
    2. Dip the meat/fish/vegetable into the batter coating it well.
    3. Place battered items only a couple at a time into the hot oil and fry until completely done and outside is golden brown.
    4. Drain on paper towels.
    5. Serve with either a red, or butter-wine sauce. Or try some fresh squeezed lemon juice and grated cheese
    6. If you have extra batter leftover, drop by spoonfuls into the hot oil and fry for a delicious treat!

    Final Comments
