Recipe Introduction
Make as many variations as you can think of, add broken pieces of low carb chocolate, nuts, extracts, DaVincci syrups etc.
List of Ingredients
- 3 Egg whites
- 1/2 C Splenda
- 1 t Extract of your choice (vanilla, mint, orange, etc.)
- 1/8 t Cream of tartar
Instructions
- Whip egg whites, extract and tartar to soft peaks.
- Add the Splenda slowly, a little at a time.
- Continue to whip the whites to stiff peaks.
- Fold in the remaining ingredients (nuts, chocolate, etc).
- Drop on parchment lined baking sheet by tablespoonfuls.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes, then turn the oven off, and keep the door closed for 30 minutes.
Final Comments
Variations are only limited by your imagination. Try amaretto/chocolate, raspberry/chocolate, chocolate/macadamia nuts, chocolate chip/mint/tinted green. Experiment and have some fun!
