    2-8½ OUNCE CANS ARTICHOKE HEARTS
    1 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
    ½ TEASPOON GARLIC SALT
    1 CUP MAYONNAISE
    1 TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE
    2 GREEN ONIONS, CHOPPED
    8 DROPS TABASCO SAUCE (OR TO TASTE)

    DRAIN AND MASH ARTICHOKES. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A CASSEROLE DISH. HEAT IN 325 OVEN FOR 20-30 MINUTES OR UNTIL HEATED THROUGH. SERVE WITH CRACKERS.
    NOTE: DO NOT SUBSTITUTE LOW FAT OR FAT FREE PRODUCTS FOR THE CHEESE OR MAYONNAISE.
