THE RECIPE TITLE IS SAUSAGE ON RYE. BUT I TOOK IT TO A CHRISTMAS POT LUCK AT WORK ONE DAY AND SOMEONE SAID IT LOOKED LIKE 'REINDEER POOP ON TOAST' AND THE NAME STUCK.

1# HOT PORK SAUSAGE BROWNED CRUMBLED & DRAINED
1# GROUND BEEF BROWNED CRUMBLED & DRAINED
2 TABLESPOONS WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1# VELVEETA CHEESE
Recipe
MIX CHEESE AND WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE WITH MEAT AND HEAT, STIRRING UNTIL MELTED. SPREAD 1 TABLESPOON ON PARTY RYE SLICES. BAKE UNTIL HEATED THROUGH AND TOAST IS SLIGHTLY CRISPY AROUND THE EDGES. SERVE WARM OR YOU CAN FREEZE IN SINGLE LAYER AND STORE IN BAGGIES AND THEN BAKE WHEN READY TO SERVE.
