    BROWN MEAT. ADD BROTH AND BRING TO A BOIL UNTIL MEAT IS TENDER. BLEND 2 ½ TABLESPOONS FLOUR IN SOUR CREAM AND ADD TO MEAT. COOK TIL THICKENED. SERVE OVER NOODLES.
