    1 ½ LB. ROUND STEAK, CUT IN SMALL STRIPS
    ¼ CUP FLOUR
    ½ TSP. SALT
    ¼ TSP. PEPPER
    ¼ CUP OIL
    8 OZ. CAN TOMATOES
    1 ¾ CUP WATER
    ½ CUP CHOPPED ONION
    DASH OF GARLIC SALT
    2 T. BROWN GRAVY MIX
    1 ½ T. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
    1 GREEN BELL PEPPER



    Recipe



    MIX FLOUR,SALT AND PEPPER; COAT MEAT IN FLOUR MIXTURE. BROWN STEAK IN OIL. DRAIN TOMATOES; SAVE JUICE. ADD JUICE TO MEAT; ADD WATER, ONION, GARLIC SALT AND GRAVY MIX. COMBINE; COVER AND SIMMER UNTIL TENDER, 1-1 ½ HOURS. UNCOVER; STIR IN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE. ADD GREEN PEPPER CUT IN SMALL STRIPS. ADD TOMATOES AND COOK ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES MORE. SERVE OVER RICE.
