    1/3 CUP COCOA
    1 CUP CHOPPED NUTS

    MIX AND BAKE @ 350° FOR 35-40 MINUTES IN 13X9 PAN. WHILE HOT, SPRINKLE 1 PACKAGE MINI-MARSHMALLOWS OVER CAKE. TURN OFF OVEN AND RETURN CAKE TO OVEN LEAVING THE DOOR OPEN UNTIL MARSHMALLOWS MELT SOME.

    ICING


    1 BOX POWDERED SUGAR
    1/4 CUP COCOA
    1 ½ TEASPOON VANILLA
    ½ CUP PET MILK
    1 STICK MARGARINE
    1 CUP NUTS


    MIX AND POUR OVER CAKE
