    • 2 CUPS DARK BROWN SUGAR
    • 1/4 CUP COKE
    • 1/4 CUP BOURBON
    • ZEST OF 1/2 ORANGE
    • JUICE OF 1/2 ORANGE
    • 1/4 TEASPOON NUTMEG
    • 1/4 TEASPOON ALLSPICE
    • 1/2 TEASPOON DRY MUSTARD


    Instructions


    1. SCORE HAM
    2. BAKE HAM 1 1/2- 2 HOURS @ 250 (15 MINUTES/POUND) TILL 135 DEGREES ON THERMOMETER
    3. LAST 1/2 HOUR BASTE HAM WITH GLAZE
    4. WHEN DONE REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LET REST 15 MINUTES OR LONGER
