SEASON MEAT AND BROWN IN VEGETABLE OIL. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS. COOK OVER MEDIUM/LOW HEAT FOR 2 HOURS TILL MEAT AND VEGETABLES ARE TENDER. SERVE WITH CORNBREAD.
