    1 PT Any flavored *sherbert, frozen yogurt or ice cream, softened
    1 Box Girl Scout Shortbread cookies

    Recipe



    Form a roll with softened *sherbert on plastic wrap. Freeze until solid. Slice *sherbert into rounds between 1/4- 1/2 inches thick. Place between 2 cookies and store in freezer until ready to serve. Enjoy!
