Peanutbutter & Jelly Ice Cream Pie (GS)

1 box Peanutbutter Sandwich cookies
5 TBSP softened butter
1 QT Ice cream, softened
2/3 C strawberry sundae topping
1/3 C peanuts, chopped
Chocolate fudge (opt)
Recipe
Place cookies in blender or food processor to make crumbs. To make crust, combine crumbs with butter. Set aside 1/2 cup crumb mixture. Press the remaining into the bottom and sides on an ungreased 9 inch pie pan. Freeze until firm. Spread 2 cups of ice cream in an even layer. Drizzle 1/3 cup of strawberry topping and sprinkle 1/4 cup of crumb mixture. Top with remaining 2 cups of ice cream. Drizzle with the remaining strawberry topping and remaining crumbss, and peanuts. Freeze until frim. Cut into 8 wedges and serve with chocolate topping, if desired. Enjoy!
