List of Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup of water
2 pks.of pillsbury quick bread mix {date or nut}
2&2/3 cup of mimcemeat or 28 oz.jar
1 cup of nuts chopped
2 cups of candied fruit mix. I buy the pineapple and cherries and dice myself they don't have that peeling that sometimes can become hard when baked.
Recipe
In large bowl beat egg's and water with a mixer. Add remaining and you can mix that by hand. stir untill well blended.{the mix is a little stiff} pour in a well greased tube pan.or bakers joy. bake at 350 80 to 90 mins. cool a little before removing from pan. when cool wrap in foil and store in the frige.
