1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup corn meal
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg,lightly beaten
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted (margine)Recipe
In a large bowl,combine flour, corn meal,
sugar, baking powder, baking soda & salt.
Combine the egg, sour cream, milk & butter;
stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Pour into a greased 8-in square baking dish.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or
until a tooth pick inserted near the middle
comes out clean. Serve warm.
