Easy Breakfast Quiche

List of Ingredients
1 pound 99% fat free ham, cubed
1/2 pound low fat or fat free cheddar cheese
7 slices of low fat bread, cubed
2 cups + 2 tbs. skim milk
Egg substitute equivalent to 5 eggs 1/2 tsp. mustard
1 can mushrooms, drained Recipe
Mix first three ingredients in a 9x13 pan. In another bowl mix remaining ingredients and pour over first three ingredients. Refrigerate at least 2 hours for the bread to absorb the egg and milk mixture. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 30 minutes and uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit.
