    List of Ingredients




    1 c. oatmeal ( whole rolled oats)
    1/4c. whole wheat pastry flour
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds
    1/2 c. raw almonds (not roasted or salted)
    1/c. dried apricots
    1/2 c. dates
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. non-fat powdered milk
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. REAL maple syrup
    2 eggs

    Recipe



    In a food processor add ALL BUT the syrup and eggs.
    Chop till all dry ingredients are finely chopped.
    Then to the processor add eggs and honey.Combine to a coarse paste.
    Spread evenly into a 13x 9 pan, (they will be thin).
    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
    Cool and cut into squares.

    Bars can be individually wrapped in plastic wrap & frozen.

    Or store 1 week in fridge or 1-2 days at room temp.
