List of Ingredients
1 large zucchini 4 to 5 cups grated or sliced thin
1 med onion chopped
1/2 stick margarine
6 eggs
1 pkg crescent rolls
8 oz mozerella cheese grated
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp parsley
1 tsp oregano
salt & pepper to taste
Recipe
Cook zucchini and onion in large skillet until tender, drain as much water off as possible. add spices
beat eggs and add cheese to eggs - set aside
arrange the crescent rolls in a quiche dish patting out to make a crust
put zucchini mixture in the dish
then pour the egg and cheese mixture over that
bake at 350 30 to 40 minutes
