3 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar(sifted)
3 tbsp. instant coffee granules
1/3 cup Irish whiskey
1/3 cup light corn syrup

Recipe



1. Combine cookie crumb, pecans, and 1 cup of sugar.
2. In a cup, dissolve coffee granules in whiskey. Add to cookie crumb mixture along with the corn syrup, mix well.
3. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in the remaining sugar.
store in airtight container
