    Magical Peanut Butter Cookies!

    One Cup of Peanut Butter (smooth)
    One Cup of Splenda + 1/3 Cup for topping cookies w/fork tines before baking, and sprinkling after they come out of the oven ;)
    (mix well the Cup of Peanut Butter & Cup of Splenda w/fork or whisk)

    THEN ADD:
    One Egg
    1 Teaspoon Vanilla

    Mix everything till smooth and/or creamy ~~
    NO FLOUR IS NEEDED !!!!

    Roll balls about walnut-size and put on parchment paper
    (you can spray non stick stuff on your hands it can get sticky, she didn't she just did it real fast, LOL)
    Anyway, you'll have about 9 cookies (placing them apprx an inch or so apart)

    Dip fork tines in a little Splenda and put the lil criss/cross marks on the balls~
    Place in 350 deg oven for about 12 minutes !!!!

    Can dust some Splenda on top before serving too.

    Makes about 9
