    Unknown

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter or margarine-softened
    1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar (I used 1/2 cup Splenda)
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 1/3 cups all-purose flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

    Recipe

    PREHEAT OVEN TO--350-DEGREES F

Combine the softened butter or marg. and the peanut butter in a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until the mixture is light and fluffy.Gradually add the granulated sugar (Splenda)
and brown sugar. Beat in the eggs and vanilla until well combined; set aside.

In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda and salt. Add the mixture and chocolate chips to the other ingredients.Stir until the dough is well combined.

Drop the batter by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets.

Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are lightly brown.
A slight impression remains when the cookies are lightly touched with fingertip.
