4 lb. boneless roast
Chili powder
Chopped onion
1 1/2 cups uncooked pintos
2 cans Rotel
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can green chilis
1/2 Tbls oregano
Salt
1 cup water
(sometimes I add more if it looks low after several hours)Recipe
Coat both sides of roast with chili powder. Put roast and remaining ingredients in crockpot. (Just dump it all in). Cook on low for 12 hours. Pull meat apart with fork and stir. Serve on tortillas with cheese, avacado, lettuce, tomato, etc.
