    1 lb ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 tsp Minced garlic
    1 (1/4 oz) env taco seasoning
    4 can whole green chilies drained, seeded, chopped
    1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz)
    1 1/4 cup milk
    3/4 cup Bisquick mix
    3 eggs
    2 tbls green taco sauce
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1 Dash Cayenne pepper

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate.

    Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10 inch skillet until beef is browned, then add the garlic, do not cook garlic, it will cook in oven, drain.

    Stir in seasoning mix, add a little water or broth if needed.

    Spread beef mixture in pie plate. Sprinkle with chilies and cheese. Beat remaining ingredients (except cumin) until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate, spread out evenly, top with Cumin and dash of Cayenne peper

    Bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Garnish with peppers and shredded cheese if desired.

    6-8 servings.
