    List of Ingredients

    Pork and cabbage stuffing
1/2 cup shredded cabbage (I use slaw mix)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 pound ground pork plain
    1 pound ground turkey
    1/4 cup minced green onion
1/4 cup minced bamboo shoots (canned works just fine)
    1 Tbls minced ginger
    2 Tbls soy sauce
    2 Tbls white wine
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 egg
    1 tsp cornstarch

    Recipe

Toss the cabbage with the salt and set aside in a collander to drain.

mix all the rest of the ingredients together, wring out the cabbage and add it too. Mix well.

Place a tsp of filling in the middle of a wonton wrapper. If you are lucky to find the round ones super, if not its okay.
Fold corner to corner, you now have a triangle. Pleat and pinch a couple of times on each side.

In a frying pan with a lid, heat 2 tbls oil and place potstickers in pan making sure they all have a little oil under them. When the bottoms turn brown, pour water or stock in to just come up the sides, reduce heat to a simmer cover with the lid and let steam for 6 to 8 minutes. Dumplings will puff up. Remove lid turn heat back up and let the rest of the water evaporate. They will start to sizzle again.
Remove and let drain. Repeat, do not crowd as they do puff up and will stick to each other tearing when pulled apart.
