6 Cups Flour
2/3 Cup Sugar
2 Cubes Parkay Margarine
dash or 2 of Allspice
1/4 Cip Heaping Clapper Girl Baking Powder
(really Heaping)
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Cup Ice cold Milk (put milk in Freezer for 1/2 hr or so)
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425 degree
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, allspice & Parkay
with a pastry blender, till pieces are about the size of peas. Stir in Milk (depending on the humidiity you may need more or less flour)
Turn out onto a floured board & kneed only 13 to 15 times
(the less you handle the dough the better)
Pat out dough to about 1" thick. Cut with biscuit cutter or glass.
Bake ungreased cookie sheet, on center rack 13 to 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove to cool on wire racks to cool. Do not leave on cookie sheet.
