    List of Ingredients




    4 lbs Lean Ground Beef
    1/4 Cup Tender Quick
    Mix well & refrigerate overnight
    Add
    2 Tbs Liquid Smoke
    2 tsp garlic Powder
    2 tsp Course ground Peppercorns

    or use 1 1/2 tsp ground pepper

    Recipe



    Mis well & divide into 3 parts.
    Roll each into a long roll.

    Place on wire racks in a pan & bake at 225 degree's
    for 4 hours.

    Wrap in paper towel to absorb grease, discard towels.

    Wrap in foil & refigerate.
