    List of Ingredients




    1 3/4 Cup Flour
    1 1/2 Cup Sugar
    1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    3/4 tsp Nutmeg
    1/4 tsp Cloves
    1 1/2 Cup grated Carrots
    1 1/2 Cup grated Potatoes
    1/4 Cup Melted Butter
    1 Cup Chopped Nuts

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredents in large mixing bowl until well blended,
    pour into a 8 cup greased pudding mold or a 2 pound coffee can, filling 2/3 full.
    Cover with foil, place on rack in a pan with 2" of water
    cover pan & steam, on top of stove for 2 hours.
    Serve warn with Butterscotch or Rum Sauce
