    1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
    1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, drained
    (reserve juice)
    1 can ( 14 oz ) sweetened condensensed milk
    2 T. lemon juice
    1 can ( 17 oz ) whole cranberry sauce
    1 C coarsely chopped pecans
    2 C miniature marshmallows
    2 C heavy cream, whipped

    Recipe



    1 Beat cream cheese with pineapple juice, condensed milk, and lemon juice in large bowl with electric mixer until smooth.

    2 Stir in pineapple, cranberry sauce, pecans, and marshmallows. Fold in whipped cream.

    3 Spoon into a 9x13 pan,chill til firm
    This recipe freezes well.
