6 Tart Apples, sliced
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup White Sugar
2 T. Flour
1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
6 "Iowa" Pork Chops
1 Egg
1 T. Water
Shake N Bake, Pork FlavoredRecipe
Slice Apples into a 9x13 inch greased pan.
Mix Brown Sugar, White Sugar, Flour, Nutmeg and Cinnamon.
Sprinkle over the Apples.
Dip Pork Chops in mixture of 1 egg and 1 T. Water.
Roll Chops in Pork Flavored Shake N Bake and place on top of the Apples.
Bake at 400 Degrees, for 50 minutes.
