    Rhubarb Blackberry Jam

    Recipe Introduction

    Great jam, not to sweet just a little tart, if you use the 10 cups of rhubarb.

    List of Ingredients

    8 to 10 cups 1/2 inch chopped Rhubarb
    3 cups sugar
    1 21 oz can Blackberry pie filling
    1 3 oz box Black Cherry sugar free Jello
    1 3 oz box Raspberry sugar free Jello

    If you like sweeter jam, only use 8 cups Rhurbarb.

    Recipe

    Combine the rhubarb, sugar and blackberry pie filling in a large pot. Stir occasionally, Bring to a rolling boil over medium-high heat, and boil for 10 minutes longer. You want the Rubarb to me mushy soft. Stir in dry gelatin mix until dissolved, I use a hand blender to make sure all is mixed in & no lumps.
    Transfer to sterile jars & seal.
    Hot water bath,10 min, or freezer containers.
