This is a Rhubarb dumpling and its great!
List of Ingredients
1 recipe of your favorite biscuit dough
3 Tbls softened butter
3 cups cut rhubarb (1/2 inch in size)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
2cups sugar
2cups water
Recipe
Prepare biscuit dough & roll into a square. Spread dough with butter then with rhubarb, cinnamon & nutmeg. Roll as for a jelly roll and cut into two-inch slices. Bring the sugar & water to a boil & cook for several minutes. Pour into 8-inch square baking dish. Place rolls on top(in water) Bake in 375 degree over for approximately 30 minutes. Serve warm. A dab of cream or ice cream (or milk!) adds a nice touch.
