    STUFFED ROLLS

    Source of Recipe

    Unknown

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
1 can chopped olives (3 oz)
    6 hard cooked eggs, grated
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
    1 1/2 lb grated cheese
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1 can chopped chilies (3 oz)
    salt and pepper to taste

    12 individual french rolls

    Recipe

Brown meat and drain. Combine all ingredients. Hollow out center of french rolls. Stuff mixture into rolls and wrap each in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Note: These may be frozen but take longer to heat and heat should be lowered as rolls will brown too quickly.

I make several recipes of this and make a big batch. Wrap & return them to the plastic bags the rolls came in & toss them in the freezer. They are great to have on hand.

    Makes 12 sandwiches
