    Glazed Grilled Salmon Fillets

    4 salmon fillets (6 oz.) from center cut, skin removed
    3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
    1/3 cup honey
    2 tablespoons lime juice

    Recipe



    Heat grill or have coals glowing red. Brush grill rack with oil and place about 3 inches from heat.

    Place salmon fillets in shallow bowl or plate. While grill is heating, mix garlic, soy sauce, honey and lime juice and pour over salmon. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

    Place salmon fillets on grill over hot coals and cook about 5-6 minutes on top, while basting with marinade mixture, Turn and grill for the same amount of time on the bottom side, basting again. Serve immediately. surrounded with grilled vegetables.
