Seafood Scampi

Recipe Introduction
Very simple, although expensive
List of Ingredients
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 lb shrimp
1 lb scallops
1 (6 1/2 ounce) can clams, do not drain
1 14oz can chicken broth
2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay
1/2 cup lowfat sour cream
2 Tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp water
linguini or Spaghetti
Recipe
Cook onions & garlic in butter & oil
Add shrimp & scallops and cook 5 minutes.
Add rest of ingredients & simmer about 5 minutes
Thicken with 2 Tbsp cornstarch & 3 tbsp water
Cook linguini or Spaghetti drain & toss with 1/2 cup lowfat sour cream.
Add seafood sauce to pasta and serve.
Freshly grated parmesan cheese. Really yummy...
