1 Tbsp Cornstarch
2 Tbsp sugar
3/4 tsp Salt
2 Cups sliced or cubed beets
2/3 Cup Beet juice or water
1/4 Cup VingarRecipe
Mix cornstarch & seasonings. Blend beet liquid & vinegar into cornstarch mixture. Bring to a boil. Boil 1 min, add beets & heat, sauce will thicken.
