Sweet Potato Casserole

Casserole:
3 cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup skim milk
2 Tbl margarine or butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Topping:
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 Tbls margarine, or butter chilled
1/3 cup chopped pecansRecipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine first seven ingredients (sweet potatoes through egg whites) in a mixer bowl and mix well. Spoon into a 9" square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Set aside.
Combine brown sugar and flour in a medium bowl. Cut in margarine with a pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
